1. Q: Do you offer samples for testing?
A: Yes, we offer free samples for testing and closer inspection. However, customers need to pay for the freight cost.
2. Q: Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we highly welcome OEM/ODM orders. We can print customers' brand logo and model number on the power label, and also offer laser logo on products' aluminum/metal casing. Additionally, we can provide user manuals, customized color boxes, customized printing cartons, and other stickers to stick on LED power supplies or boxes.
3. Q: Do you conduct a burn-in test on your products?
A: Yes, all of our LED transformers undergo a 100% burn-in test for 3-4 hours before packing to ensure their quality and reliability.
